The staff at Mercure Nadi were attentive, swiftly assisting me with my luggage and their recommendations for local dining were spot on. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a delicious variety every morning.
Rooms felt a bit outdated.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is only 5mn from Nadi town where we could do our shopping. It's very spacy, the pool looked nice with plenty of sunchairs and beds...Unfortunaly we couldnt use these because it was raining :(. The room was very nice and clean, with a tv, ac, and a balcony where we admired the most beautiful sunset!! A big thank you to the girl at the Spa, lovely back massage, nice and very chatty girl, thank you again!! And only 10mn from the airport. The Reception knows the international flights so we got our coach all organised.

Buffet breakfast featured a great variety of vegetarian options, including multiple hot dishes and fresh fruits. Tour desk services were efficient and helpful, great to book transfers easily.
The hotel felt outdated with chipped tiles and a loud, uncomfortable bed. Lighting in the room was insufficient for nighttime reading, and the bathroom conditions were disappointing, with grime around the shower and bugs making an appearance. WiFi connectivity was poor, frequently dropping out even near the pool, and noise from children jumping in the pool early in the morning was disruptive to sleep.

this time it was only a one night stop on transit from the USA. We were able to get an early check in (6.30am) which was a great help.

The rooms with coffee/tea and crispy linen on comfortable beds, as example.
Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and accommodating.
Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several issues. The rooms felt quite dated, and I was uncomfortable due to the unreliable air conditioning that struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. While the staff were generally helpful, they were not as friendly as I had hoped, and I encountered challenges with the Wi-Fi connectivity, tough to plan my day.

This is a very tired Hotel, showing its age and is need of a full make over
The very slow service at the Front Desk even with an online bookong

The hotel had airconditioning, although even on low it ran a bit cold.
Like everything in Fiji an injection of money to up-date facilities, bed was only okay, bathroom partially renovated, no "movies" to watch on TV and limited variety. Not sure if expectations are in-line with more Western standards, but Mercure is International therefore one would expect similar standards worldwide.

food was good. centrally located between airport and town. room was clean n very neat with good space. friendly staff
The television defininetly needs upgrading with more channels such hindi or movie channels like other hotel i stayed in. Their internet services is extremely expensive and not worth it. I spend $5.50 for half n hour but only used it for 5 mins. The spa services was rather expensive compared to other hotel and the services was no difference.

Excellent position for proximity to airport as we were in transit. Free shuttle pickup and delivery to airport, on time, and most accommodating. Rooms spacious in lovely garden setting. Bags kept for us during day, as we had checked out in morning, and able to use the hotel facilities until the plane departure late in the day.
No free wifi, and not great value lunch in restaurant.
